About Erin bland, lcsw

You don’t have to carry this all on your own.

I’m a Raleigh-based therapist who also provides telehealth services across North Carolina. I have worked in a variety of settings including adoption/family services, intensive in-home services, and outpatient therapy settings. I value being empathetic, personable, non-judgmental and genuine. It is my desire to compassionately meet you where you are, regardless of what your story may be. I enjoy empowering individuals to overcome personal obstacles with a unique blending of evidenced-based interventions. I desire to see the mind-body-spirit connection restored through integrative practices.

I am married and am part of an adoptive family myself. I enjoy being mom to four children. My interests include exercise, running, spending time in nature, the beach, traveling, reading, journaling and cheering my kids on at their sporting events.

Being here doesn’t mean you’re weak. It means you’re strong.
